This is a barograph violet ink bottle (1oz.). This plastic squeeze bottle comes with crew cap & a spout that is closed & must be snipped, so it can`t leak in transit. Only one single drop can last a month. The Barograph Pen Felt Tip Cartridge (violet Ink) works on 90% or more of recorders. This cartridge pen comes violet in color, lasting an average of 2 years. The biggest advantage is onece you remove the cap at the tip, & slide its tapered sleeve onto the pen arm, there is zero maintenance. The only drawback is that it leaves a very fine trace.
