One of two topographic maps covering almost all of the Parque Natural de las Sierras Tejeda & Almijara with the exception of the north-eastern portion. This map covers the western part of this popular region from Ventas de Zafarraya in the north-west corner to Cerro de las Tres Cruces in the south-east. The mapping seems to be derived from a variety of source material eg. military survey mapping. The reproduction of the fine topographic detail lacks some contrast, but the main distinctive feature is the indentification of the numerous tracks & footpaths in the region. They are numbered on the map & cross-referenced to a table which gives trail names & length in metres. Land use & cultivation is indicated & the park boundary is clearly marked. A UTM grid is included but latitude & longitude are not shown. All text is in Spanish.
