Features: All-Terrain rocker, Bio Flex 3 core, Twin Tech sidewalls, Triaxial braiding, Bi-Directional taper, Powder Tip, Tip/ Tail hardware.GLOSSARY: All-Terrain rocker: Designed for all snow conditions, featuring an elevated tip for variable & soft snow performance, & camber underfoot for power, energy & edge hold in firmer conditions. Bio Flex 3 core: Uses a combination of 80% Aspen/20% Paulownia for increased performance, strength & durability Twin Tech sidewalls: Twin Tip specific construction process that increases the durability of sidewall skis. Traditional sidewall construction produces a 90 angle where the top material & sidewall meet. Twin Tech rolls the top material into the sidewall reducing the angle that is prone to abuse. Triaxial braiding: Interlocks strands of fibreglass around a milled wood core. Makes skis incredibly energetic & responsive, yet easy to use. Bi-Directional taper: The tip is still wider but closer in width to the tail. Lets the ski perform exceptionally well skiing forward, but the taper enables the skier to have similar switch arc for better & more consistent switch riding. Powder tip: Design that makes the ski more stable & predictable because it won't hook or grab erratically in windblown snow & other variable conditions. Tip/ Tail hardware: Tip & tail rivets developed for additional protection, reinforcing the tip & tail of the ski against delamination. Centre can be screwed out to allow you to attach a pre-cut climbing skin.
