R872 Ultegra A multi-award winning frame, the R872 is hands down the most popular road bike with our customers & staff. With enhanced ergonomics, & trickle-down technology from Dura-Ace, the performance from R8000 is increased from the previous incarnation, with it being stiffer & more efficient. With a new, super stiff 4-arm chainset, that are beefy but attractive, & a striking silver colour way, the new Ultegra R8000 screams power & encourages you to ride harder. A new shifter design improves long distance comfort, & stopping power is enhanced thanks to sleek dual-pivot caliper brakes. Ultegra R8000 is the perfect match for the much enhanced R872 frame. The frame has been made stiffer in key areas, such as the bottom bracket & chainstays for optimised power transfer, but we have also made it more comfortable by changing the seatpost to a 27.2mm diameter which offers a little more flex.
