Halo GXC 650x 47 Gravel Tyre Designed to excel on loose & challenging terrain, GXC is the most aggressive & traction-enabling gravel tyre in the halo lineup. It's the perfect weapon for all-season riding. It utilises a 60TPI tubeless carcass that is both lightweight & reliable. Not only does this carcass allow the tyre to conform to the terrain for enhanced comfort & grip, but it also brushes off a large amount of potential damage from objects on the trail. Rolling speed is maximised thanks to the closely spaced arrow-shaped blocks in the centre of the tread, despite a deep tread depth. The central blocks keep the tread free of mud by encouraging mud & water down the channels. Rearwards facing edges on the arrow blocks aid grip under braking whatever the conditions. The side tread offers a combination of spaced & specifically placed blocks. Combined with optimised siping the aggressive side tread helps the GXC offer enormous grip levels that blur the lines with mountain bike tyres. The GXC tyre also offers a large tread wrap for extreme lean angles & features dual compounds. The rubber compound used in the centre is slightly firmer to increase rolling speeds & longevity.
