- Hellermann Tyton 173-00600, The Hellermann Tyton 173-00600 HEGEMIP06 is a Braided Sleeving from the Helagaine HEGEMIP Range. The braided sleeving has been manufactured from tin-plated copper & polyester threads. Helagaine HEGEMIP braided sleeves offer electromagnetic protection as well as secure cable bundling. The mix of materials, make the sleeves expandable & easy to apply. In contrast to purely copper braids, the HEGEMIP sleeves can be bent & twisted & still return to their original form. As a result, this HEGEMIP braid is particularly suitable for applications where there is movement. The supporting inner tube makes insertion of cables easier, & protects the sleeves from deformation during transport. Besides it's excellent electromagnetic protection ratings, the braid is very resistant to abrasion. Applications for Helagaine HEGEMIP braided sleeving is for highly sensitive electronics, such as electrical appliances & machines, radio equipment, military & automotive engineering.
