- Hellermann Tyton 170-50030, The Hellermann Tyton 170-50030 is a Polyester Braided Sleeving with an Expansion Ratio of 3:1 from the Helagaine HEGPV0X Range. The braided sleeving is, thanks to the flame-retardant additives, self-extinguishing according to UL94 V0. In addition, the HEGPV0X03 has UL certification & is particularly suitable for areas, wherever fire protection is important. The special structure of the Polyester braided keeps out moisture & dirt. HEGPV0X fits easily over cables & irregular shapes & is resistant to acids. Helagaine HEGPV0X had been successfully tested to DIN5510-2 & NF F 16-101 & can thus be used in many railway applications. To prevent fraying, the sleeving can be cut in to the required lengths, with the Hot Cutting Tool HSG0. (See order code 49-6351).
