- ETI 226-142, This Therma Lite digital catering thermometer from ETI will display temperatures between -39.9 & 149.9°C with a 0.1 °C resolution & an accuracy of ±0.5 °C. The accuracy is guaranteed for life, due to advanced electronics. This thermometer weighs only 45 grams, including battery, & features a clear, easy-to-read LCD display with an open circuit " Error" & low battery indication. Includes:: the Biomaster additive that reduces bacterial growth & makes these thermometers ideal for day-to-day food & catering applications. Therma Lite 2 thermometers incorporate a Cal Check function, allowing the user to verify accuracy at any time, giving confidence that measurements are accurate. The Cal Check function is activated by pressing both the 'on/off' & 'hold' buttons simultaneously at the time of switching the unit on.
