- from beginners slopes to steep overhangs, vertical courses & confined canyons. Over one hundred tonnes of snow has been used to create Approx. 300m of solid ice. Itinerary: On arrival at the venue you will be met with your instructor, who will conduct a full safety briefing & show you different climbing techniques. Then it s time to get kitted up with all the safety gear before you head to the ice wall. Your climb will be under strict supervision of an instructor at all times & tuition is on a one to one basis. This experience will last for Approx. one & a half hours, including briefing time & the issuing of safety equipment. You will spend a minimum of 40 minutes in the ice tower.
