Send this off & you will then receive your caterpillars in the post. Alternatively you can collect your own from your garden. 2) When the caterpillars arrive, put them in the net & watch them grow. 3) When the caterpillars have changed into chrysalides, they open the cup & place the white paper disc inside their hatching habitat. 4) Once the butterflies hatch, fresh flowers (not included) can be placed in the hatching habitat. Then, release the butterflies into nature. When your butterflies emerge, set them free! The life cycle of our caterpillars takes Approx. three to five weeks to develop.
