Tomi Twym is a delicious, strong, mature cheese with a hint of spice to complement the sundried tomato & white wine – because some like it hot – & ‘twym’ means hot in Welsh! What's it taste like? Tomi Twym is softer than a waxed cheddar & has a lovely spicy tomato taste. Where's it from? Made by Caws Cenarth at Glyneithinog Farm in West Wales. Tomi Twym is sold as a whole waxed cheese of 200g.
