This pack contains 12 day time capsules which are non drowsy; & 4 night time capsules. How do Lemsip Max Day & Night Capsules work? Lemsip Max Day & Night Capsules contain 3 main ingredients which all work together to help ease your cold & flu symptoms. These are: Paracetamol. A popular pain killer, paracetamol helps to reduce the aches & pains you may feel when suffering from a cold or the flu. Paracetamol can also reduce fevers & ease a sore throat. Phenylephrine. This is a decongestant that releases blockages in the nose caused by infection. This can also reduce the build up of pressure which can cause headaches. Caffeine. Caffeine is a mild stimulant to ease that tired feeling sometimes brought on by a cold or flu. How do I take Lemsip Max Day & Night Capsules? Lemsip Max Day & Night Capsules must be taken orally. Adults & children over the age of 16
- Take 2 of the daytime RED & YELLOW tablets every 4-6 hours when needed. Do not take more than 6 of the daytime tablets in a 24 hour period. Take 2 of the night time RED & BLUE tablets at night if needed. Who should NOT take Lemsip Max Day & Night Capsules?
