In a relatively short Formula 1 racing career; Damon Hill achieved much; including the World Championship in 1996; & was a great ambassador for British sport. From his first full season in 1993; to his famous victory at the British Grand Prix in 1994. During the 2003 season Jenson Button regularly out-qualified BAR Honda team mate; & ex world Champion; Jacques Villenueve.  Jenson Buttons performances justified some podium finishes such as at the US F1 Grand Prix; which he led for 15 laps; & where he was in a comfortable second position; when his car gave out.  But it was not to be! Graham Hill at the 1969 Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix. Graham Hill won two World Championships during his distinguished career. In 1962; driving for BRM; he beat Lotus's Jim Clark to the world title in the last race of the season and; in 1968; in spite of the death of his then team-mate; Jim Clark; he brought the World Championship to the Lotus team.
