Corgi Trackside Scammell Contractor Low Loader (DG198014)

Corgi Trackside Scammell Contractor Low Loader - Sunter Bros Sunter Brothers go back to the early part of the century when four brothers founded the business. Tom Fire, one of the brothers drove trucks during the Great War and from this recognised that there was money to be made in transportation of goods. By the 1930s the brothers were running motor lorries of their own, plying their trade as hauliers of hay, livestock feeds and coal. By 1957 Tom Fire had secured a contract with Bradwell Boilers which gave them their famous name in the heavy haulage industry. As well as this, Sunter Brothers were also used to transport large construction vehicles making this model an ideal companion to the RB19 and Coles Crane.
