Packaged in a stylish box full of old-school flair, this kit contains the necessary ingredients to make your own dry-cured bacon, with a choice of three different flavourings (original, smoky, & sweet) to maximise the effect. It also contains detailed instructions, so that even the most inexperienced butcher can make a sublime rasher of bacon (or two, or three, or four…). All you need to do is add pork! This kit does not contain pork.
