A panel-mounting remote onoff switch is also included to allow for easy operation of the unit from the dashboard console of the vehicle. This will require a small cut-out to be made in the dashboard for the switch to sit in & this must be connected for the unit to be powered. The output level can be adjusted using a small cross-head screwdriver & the unit can be set to broadcast on one of two FM frequencies either 88.7 M Hz or 89.1 M Hz.
