An inexpensive wired intercom ideal for situations where the stations are to be used in permanent positions. The two stations are connected by 20m of twin cable via 3.5mm mono jacks. The master station houses the 9V PP3 battery not supplied & has a socket for an external 9V supply. The stations can be wall mounted or free standing on a convenient surface. The master station is normally left switched off. To make a call the call key is pressed at either station a call signal will follow & the master station is switched on. To speak from the master station the calltalk key is held down & the LED lights up the key is released to listen to the substation. The LED on the substation will now light up & the substation can now speak to the master station without pressing a key. When the conversation is over the master station is switched off.
