The Courtyard, Notgrove
These sumptuous and spacious barns, which are centred around a courtyard, are amongst the finest 'holiday cottage' accommodation you could wish for AND they're all surrounded by the finest and most attractive of the Cotswolds' countryside! Together they provide large groups with an exceptional choice for a memorable get-together. This self catering accommodation is absolutely immaculate and planned perfectly: open plan, contemporary kitchens mixed with light bright living spaces and (amazingly) copious and equal numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms. Add to this the ability to come together around one huge dining table and you have the perfect choice for a special gathering. The Notgrove Estate which surrounds is graceful and utterly picture perfect, farm animals including the friendly
alpacas, chickens plus all the usual livestock dot the landscape creating an outdoor scene which evokes memories of good times and fresh air!! There are four individual barns, three interconnecting, one approx 10 yards across the path, Walnut Barn, Chestnut, Hazelnut and Cobnut (click to view each) each beautifully decorated and fully self contained. Add the games room, a private garden area with goals for re-living the childhood winning shot(!) as well as a unique locatin and you have found perfection for all the family. In case you worried about a pub, rest easy you can walk across the fields to one of the best in the area in Cold Aston. Heaven is here and it looks good.ACCOMMODATION for up to 30 peopleEach of the barns are furnished to a very high standard. Three have four
bedrooms and fourth bathrooms - Walnut, Cobnut and Hazelnut, while Chesnut has three bedrooms and bathrooms. Each is self contained with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living area. There is a separate games/dining room (attached to Walnut Barn) which provides ample indoor play space as well as a central spot for getting together and dining together. As well as a pool table, table football and table tennis there is a large flatscreen TV - each property also has a large TV.All bedrooms have King Size 'zip and link' beds which means the beds can either be made up as individual beds or joined as double beds, making it suitabe for either 30 people in single beds (15 people in private suites) or 15 couples. OutsideEach barn has its own front garden area, plus access to wooded
area and also an open grassed area which is ideal for playing sport and generally playing. The Notgrove Estate is very small and quaint and with only a few houses. It is therefore, very safe to wander around, although little lanes do criss cross. Bikes can be hired from the Estate office.The owner requires a Damages Deposit of £400 to be taken 1 week before arrival, .
