Preston Place offers the rare chance to stay in grand country home with sweeping grounds and gardens and all manner of truly exisite features. Set in a quite village (very much The village house) this beautiful period house offers absolutely everything you could wish for. The homely, warm kitchen with AGA greets guests, with snug and TV attached, a huge almost regal dining room and simply magnificent bedrooms make this one of the standout properties on our books. It is, without, question, one of the finest homes we have seen in the Cotswolds. Situated within vast grounds that include an astroturf tennis court, (and heated swimming pool in the summer months) it offers guests a chance to live in a home that has remained in the same family for many years. ever, it is the quintessential country home, located next to the village church, homely, welcoming and unique it is in our opinion it is absolutely perfect for gatherings of 10 to 17 people who want something special that will give long lasting memories for years to come. Without question it is very Cotswolds and terribly English!!Please note that there is also a separate Coach House sleeping two included within the price!ACCOMMODATIONIt isnt easy to get the sense of the accommodation but below is a simple outline:Main entrance through to kitchen, although there is a stunning main entrance hallway!Kitchen, very much the traditional heart of the home with large Aga, three ovens, gas range cooker with two ovens and grill, dishwasher (additional one in utility room!) coffee machine,
large fridge freezer, microwave and huge amounts of storage space. Snug with sofa and armchair, open fire, wall mounted TV with DVD and Freeview. Utility Room with industrial size washing machine and tumble drier.Bathroom One with walk in shower, WC and washbasinDining Room with huge dining table, 10 chairs, but additional chairs available from the kitchen. There is the astro-turf tennis court which also has some cricket stumps and hockey goals - clearly aimed at a family sporting festival! There are also additional garden rooms around the property, including a pool which is covered, however please note that this will not be available for use, but customers must be aware of this being present in the garden

We will then be able to refund your card within 48 hours (clearing to your account within 3 days thereafter).
