Prospect House is a wonderful, rambling Georgian country house, perched on a hillside overlooking the ever popular market town of Painswick. The current owners have taken great time & effort to create a unique & welcoming holiday home spread across three floors, where luxury & quality are considered standard, all mixed with deep comfort to create a stunning and peaceful retreat. The views towards Painswick are simply stunning & can be enjoyed through floor to ceiling windows to the south west of the house. The kitchen is as good as it gets & will excite keen cooks, with all manner of kit including an induction hob, huge AGA, you name it - there is even a special induction ' Wok spot'. Wine buffs can enjoy the honesty wine-bar found in the larder! Upstairs are four good sized bedrooms with four bathrooms, each super-stylish! Outside are extensive gardens, including a hot tub for year round exclusive use

(Within this room there are is also a separate area for the commercial size (!) washing machine & tumble dryer) Second Floors Please note that the two bedrooms on the second floor are accessed via their own individual stairs, at either end of the first floor landing area. Outside The house is surrounded by a large garden. From the sun room, there is a large terrace area enjoying 'those' views with a table & chairs. There is a HOT TUB in the garden beneath a wooden chalet, available for year round use! There is ample off street parking. Parents please note: there is a small pond in the garden (pictured). There is a safety mesh in place, but we suggest that children are not left unattended in the garden at any time. Children Welcome. Cot & High Chair Available. Ample off street parking. Hot Tub available all year around.* There are two extra beds available, allowing a maximum of 10 people to stay in Prospect House. Use of the beds is charged at £50 extra, each (either for a weekend or per week). These can be arranged prior to your stay, or alternatively directly with the Housekeeper who lives next door.
