Interestingly, Newent was once particularly known for its profusion of Spring daffodils which used to be picked & delivered to local hostpitals, although this has since stopped the local area still has swathes of daffs but these are more for general enjoyment & therefore picking is generally not encouraged! Sofa-bed available in this room if required. Family Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC & washbasin. Bedroom Three with a zip & link bed with wardrobe area. Bedroom Four with a zip and link bed and hanging rail Bedroom Five with king size double bed (which can be split into two single beds if required) with chest of drawers plus Ensuite shower room with WC & washbasin The property is able to offer accommodation up to 16 people, however the maximum is for 14 adults, with the option for two extra children, strictly. There is a separate bedroom above the annex which has a king size 'zip & link' bed, which can be two singles if required charged at £50 per person per week/weekend. Please note that this room has a w.c. & wash basin; use of a bathroom is down the stairs & then within the main house. There is also a double sofa bed & single futon for 2 more people in upstairs bedrooms charged at £50 per person. (Therefore if an the total party is 16 (14 adults & 2 children) the additional charge for the beds will be £200) Outside Annex There is a further, sixth bedroom available which is detached from the main cottage. This is approx a few paces from the entrance. There is the option for either a super king sized double or twin beds. There is an en-suite shower, WC & washbasin. Gardens The gardens are enclosed with a 5 bar gate at the main entrance. To the side of the barn is covered area with table tennis table. There is also grassed courtyard with table & chairs, while to the rear is a large garden with croquet available, plus an astro turf area for skittles! The enclosed & private garden also contains a heated outbuilding where the HOT-TUB* is located! Off street parking. Cot & High Chair available. Pets by arrangement. * Hot tub available for use charged £60 per weekend or £100 per week payable directly to the owner. Damages Deposit of £300.00 required or £400.00 with use of hot tub. Daily Cleaning Service available charged separately. Wi fi also available.
