This wine comes from a family-owned estate of just 14 hectares in the Petit Chablis area of Maligny, just to the north of Chablis, where the growing environment is similar to that of its more prestigious neighbour. It is an unoaked wine which spends 6 months on its lees. A pale, light & lively wine, with a vivacious nose of citrus fruit & white blossom notes. The palate is of crisp yellow apples & a twist of lemon, with a firm, clean finish. At its best with fresh white fish or light poultry dishes.
