Adopt a donkey at this sanctuary in Oxfordshire & you will be helping a little donkey to lead a better life in the loving arms of this rescue centre run by a very dedicated team of animal lovers. All the donkeys staying at the sanctuary are up for adoption & they are there because they have been abused or ill-treated in the past. This registered charity works hard to save them & take them away from a life of being mistreated & neglected. Life at this working farm means the donkeys spend the rest of their days safe happy & loved
- & your adoption ensures the continuing welfare of the donkeys & will help keep the centre running. The centre is home to lots of different donkeys that are ready to be adopted including geldings & mares some of whom were born to rescued donkeys at the centre. They've all got such distinct characters too with Charlie the cheeky gelding rescued from Wales who loves pulling a small plough & hanging out with his stable mate Jack. There's the very photogenic Chocolate who has starred in TV shows & loves nothing more than to attend country fairs to help promote adopting donkeys. Then there's Mr Crusty who was rescued from a pony sale & loves a good dose of fuss & attention. & how could we forget Loppy with his big ears a rare Andalusian donkey whose adoption story has featured in the news. Unfortunately the one thing that they all have in common is that they were badly treated at some point in their lives. There are no sad stories now though as that's all in the past & these donkeys are happy & secure in their adoptive home on the farm. They even get to give special needs children rides
- which makes everyone happy. Once you've received your adopt a donkey pack all you have to do is choose the specific donkey you'd like to support & register your adoption. Then wait eagerly for the photograph & a certificate of adoption to arrive. You can also visit the donkey you have adopted at the sanctuary in Oxfordshire during normal opening hours so you can meet your adoptive donkey face to face & maybe share a carrot or two. Help a donkey have a better more cared for life by buying one of our selection of Adopt an Animal gift tins a perfect gift idea for animal lovers everywhere.

Adopt a llama & send big love to those gorgeous shaggy-coated creatures! With their funny ears & lovely little lop-sided smiles llamas are totally adorable. But some of them need your help & that's where these llama adoption kits come in. Native to the South American Andes llamas are like camels but without the hump. They can be pretty characterful as well so when having a pet llama became the must-have some owners were taken aback about how much work they can be to keep. & that's where the Southeast Llama Rescue comes in. This charitable organisation's mission is to protect the quality of life & improve the well-being of mistreated unwanted & behaviourally unmanageable llamas (yes it really does happen!) through prevention education intervention placement & lifelong care. For each adoption pack registered a donation will be made to SELR to assist initiatives such as foster care & rehousing in long-term loving homes. There's no denying llamas can be pretty f... ...

Everybody loves these adorable bundles of black & white fur so adopt a panda & help keep these rare animals from becoming extinct. By buying one of our adopt a giant panda gift boxes you will be making a contribution to a panda conservation centre in China that aims to provide a safe & natural habitat for these gorgeous bear-like creatures to thrive in. The Bifengxia Panda Centre just outside Ya'an city in the Sichuan province of central China has been open since 2002 & has nearly 1000 acres of land purely dedicated to pandas. The primary aims of the project are habitat reconstruction veterinary care a captive breeding programme research into nutrition & behaviour & ultimately a project to re-introduce adopted pandas into the wild. It is thought there are between 1000 & 3000 giant pandas living in the wild & 330 in captivity in the world. The main challenge to the panda's successful survival is logging. The deforestation & non-stop development of towns & cities means that bamboo the panda's main food source is being massively eroded. When you think bamboo only flowers once every 10 to 100 years & then dies afterwards these solitary animals are nomadic & need to roam far & wide to find sources of food & modern life is making this migration harder & harder. & that's where you come in with your panda adoption...A contribution from each adoption gift box is given to this project & may be used to fund anything from building panda 'corridors' for them to roam from area to area formula to feed baby pandas toys to keep them amused help towards healthcare costs of poorly pandas or even incubators. The centre has several younger as well as older pandas to look after who all need you. So wherever your donation goes you can feel warm glowing inside knowing that you've helped! We know it's not likely that you will get the chance to visit your adoptive four-pawed panda friend in China but the gift tin has everything you need to be able to feel close to your panda including a stunning poster information cards & certificate so you can read all about Bifengxia & the work done there. If you're anything like us the thought of 'your' panda with those just too cute black eye patches muzzle & little ears sitting up in that way that they do with a nice juicy branch of bamboo in their paws munching away is just too endearing to ignore
- so adopt a panda today for a gift that any animal lover will surely cherish.

Adopt A Giraffe

There's one way to get a head for heights - when you adopt a giraffe! These graceful creatures are at risk as their natural habitats are being systematically destroyed. So this adopt a giraffe gift set will make sure you help the much-loved Giraffa camelopardalis thrive. The giraffe is by far the tallest of living mammals and is very distinctive amongst it's fellow safari animals with their long legs elongated neck and those characteristic coat patterns and fur colour. Of course with that ever-so-long neck reaching tasty acacia leaves high up in the trees is no problem for the giraffe. So just why do giraffes need adopting? Well the answer is simple. All over their native homelands of Africa the continent is being deforested and turned into agricultural land and that means the giraffe's
preferred habitat is disappearing - and fast. Experts believe that in the last 15 years alone the giraffe population has declined by 40% and up to 80% in some areas. This adoption gift will see you sponsoring the People's Trust for Endangered Species's work in Kenya with giraffes. The Trust has already carried out official assessments into giraffe numbers in Kenya leading to the giraffe now being classed as an Endangered Species. That means research work into conservation projects can now continue into the best ways to help keep giraffes safe in their natural environment. The donation you'll be making as part of this giraffe adoption scheme goes towards the Trust's continuing work in Kenya. Your gift pack includes a souvenir giraffe poster as well as leaflet and infographic with all the
facts and figures about these fascinating creatures you've helped with your adoption. There's also a registration form so you can sign up to receive your official giraffe adoption certificate that you can frame and proudly add your to wall as a reminder of the gift that's been given on your behalf to the Kenyan giraffes. Adopt a giraffe today and put your own little footprint on this superb conservation project in the heart of Kenya helping these majestic mammals that are officially classified as an endangered species. So much giraffe goodness in a funky gift tin!
