Heritage Collection Turnip Manchester Market is a typical green-top producing large white-fleshed turnips with a mild flavour & is especially recommended for winter storage.

It is best pulled at tennis ball size when the white flesh will be solid but tender. Excellent in stews & casseroles. Leaves from later sowings can be steamed as nutritious greens.
