The Pilgrim has large perfectly formed soft yellow rosettes which pale towards the edges giving a softness of colour that is rare among yellow roses. Its fragrance is a delicious mix of tea rose & myrrh. Regarding growth this is a very healthy & reliable variety which is bushy & very free flowering.

He criticised her one day & she disappeared -legend has it that his ghost is still be to seen searching for her in the hills.
