You’ll have the chance to take the controls of the plane and you’ll be kitted out with authentic goggles and a flying jacket, adding a lovely vintage twist to this fabulous aviation experience. Typical ProgrammeYou’ll be flying in an original Tiger Moth biplane with an instructor, but before your adventure begins you’ll have a pre-flight briefing to ensure that you’re familiar with the controls of this historic aircraft. Seated in the back seat, with your instructor in front, the plane will take to the skies for 15
minutes, cruising at a speed of around 80 knots (just over 80 miles per hour). The cockpit of the Tiger Moth is open so you’ll feel the wind in your hair and the air rushing past you!
