The back protector is made from POC’s VPD (Visco-elastic Polymer Dough) material which is soft & flexible but hardens on impact for maximum protection. It also retains its impact absorption ability regales of the number of impacts received & is perforated for optimum airflow. The vest itself uses a highly breathable material that wicks moisture away from the body to regulate temperature & has three open pockets on the back, a zipped card pocket to keep a lift pass secure, & a zipped chest pocket for small essentials. As it's all-season certified it can be used on bike trails during the summer & the back protector can be removed so the vest can be washed.
