This highly acclaimed binding utilises a combination of high end construction & state of the art materials to deliver truly stunning levels of control, response & comfort. With a fully adjustable extruded Aluminium Heelcup, it means that you can dial in the perfect fit for optimum pro level performance. Baseplate: Glass Nylon Baseplate Fibreglass The glass fill in Fix's base trays & highbacks range from 8% to 24% depending on the model. Glass increases the stiffness of the binding & the general rule of thumb is that the less glass fill, the softer the binding will be. Fully Adjustable extruded Aluminium Heelcup The team favourite. The strength & stiffness of aluminium create this incredibly strong freestyle binding with full adjustability. Highback: Glass Filled Nylon with Tool Free Forward Lean Higher medial side follows leg angles. Pre-rotated 10 degrees laterally, 15mm higher than the original Flex Hinge highback. Lateral hook for added support. Dampens chatter & eliminates calf bite. 100% Re-Grind Free Fix is the only binding company that can claim to be 100% regrind free. What is regrind? Regrind is the excess waste from the injection moulding process that gets ground up & injected back into your products. A little bit is ok, but it's very hard to control exactly how much regrind the suppliers are putting back into your bindings. Fix control this in two ways, (1) they control their own production including injection moulding, & (2) they take all of the production waste & repurpose it to make your binding box, which you can reuse however you see fit.
