A soft asymmetrical twin freestyle deck designed to dominate park, the ‘Slinger sets a new standard for twin asymetrical freestyle boards. Rocker between your feet offers a
forgiving feel, increases floatation and mobility while camber outside of the bindings provides explosive pop and superior edge hold. The difference with the Extended Transition version is a longer transition area where the camber blends into the nose and tail. This decreases the amount of pressure in that area allowing for free-flowing edge transfer whilst still providing solid edge hold when the camber is engaged. Carbon V’s are positioned in the nose and tail of the board, they extend out from the inserts to the effective edge and into the tip and tail. This Carbon VXR configuration stiffens the board torsionally in those areas increasing response and maximising pop while remaining softer between the bindings for torsional control. Alongside their patented R.C. (Rocker & Camber)
profiles, Never Summer has developed their Vario Power Grip Sidecut. This specific sidecut geometry combats the lack of stability and edge hold which is often a side effect of older generation rocker profiles. The Low Profile Tip/Tail maximises the amount of base material in contact with the snow. This helps you to ollie and nollie higher and add stability to landings whilst also providing more float when in deep snow.
