Head Super Joy 2015 Womens Skis With Bindings
A brilliant carving ski which is fun and easy to carve for progressing intermediates and above, featuring GRAPHENE and KOROYD Carbon fibre. FEATURES AND BENEFITS LIBRA, Head’s women’s ski design for 2015, features GRAPHENE. GRAPHENE is the first crystal that is two-dimensional, giving the material a unique set of properties. It is the thinnest and lightest element discovered by mankind. GRAPHENE is also the strongest material on the planet, stronger than diamond and 300 times stronger than steel, all in the thickness of one atom! GRAPHENE is at the centre of the new JOY collection, outstanding lightness with a perfectly balanced ski, and always in complete control. A balanced ski is achieved through unique weight distribution profiles. With GRAPHENE Head is able to manipulate the balance of
the ski combined with their profiles, tuning the balance to suit the intended use of the ski. This is undertaken on EVERY ski model in EVERY size for perfect balance. The Super Joy also features Head ERA 3.0 Rocker technology. 1. ALLRIDE ROCKER A targeted amount of rocker is placed in each era 3.0 ski to compliment the radius of the ski, to ensure maximum performance for all ability levels. Steering is easier for all skiers and soft snow versatility is enhanced. 2. PROGRESSIVE RADIUS Regular rocker makes skiers place their ski further on edge to get the full edge length from tip-to-tail. With Head’s progressive radius, up to 50% less angulation is required to enjoy full edge contact. More edge on the snow means more edge grip. 3. INTELLIRISE REBOUND Head have moved their legendary
piezoelectric Intellifibers to the tip of the skis. The nasty tip vibrations found on regular rockers are not found here. These skis are too smart for that.
