Data is a British-manufacturing company; most of their materials are sourced from within Britain. Founded in 1978 it is now the biggest supplier & manufacturer of snow sport waxes in Britain. Its success is based on value for your money. Sunfire is part of the new Datawax high performance grade range of waxes that are perfect for racing or the park (or just maximum enjoyment). With its higher fluoro content Sunfire gives great acceleration & long lasting glide in wet or granulated snow conditions. Avoid those awkward losses of speed on wet snow! On harder, granulated snow mix with Magma. Fantastic as an after lunch rub on tune up to help you glide through the late afternoon slush. Perfect wax when the snow temperature is at or above 0°C.  Works best as an iron on wax, but is also able to be used as a rub on. Item

Specification Best Snow Temperature: 0oC & above Iron-on Temperature: 100oC
Colour:  Yellow Weight: 110g Block Iron on Wax Instructions 1) Set the iron to the correct temperature for the wax you have chosen. 2) Gently press your chosen wax against the hot waxing iron. 3) Keep the iron 4 inches above the base then move the iron with the wax dripping from it the full length from tip to tail. 4) Ensure the iron doesn’t smoke as this means it is too hot & you are burning the wax. 5) Gently place the iron onto the tip & using long smooth strokes from tip to tail iron the wax into the base. 6) IMPORTANT! Make sure that you always keep the iron moving (this prevents the base from melting & the ski/board being unusable). 7) Use long, smooth & slow passes along the base without any downward pressure until  you have a smooth, thin layer of wax across the whole surface of the base. 8) Finish with one long pass along the full length of the base with the iron (to make scraping easier) 9) Leave the base to cool for 15 minutes minimum, 45 minutes if possible.

Featuring all of the top-end specs & designs of Xavier De La Rue’s signature Spark XV, except for the semi automatic crampon compatibility. Including, Vibram outsoles, Thermo Flex liners, Surlyn highback construction, asymmetric flex, the list goes on. If you are not planning on ice axing up those last few metres to the summit, the Spark will do everything you could possibly ever expect of it, without breaking into a sweat (which it would mask with its peppermint extract treatment anyway)   Specification: Dupont Surlyn Highbacks D-Tex Membrane Waterproof shell construction Thermo flex liners, featuring shell fixation, heel harness, e lacing & peppermint treatment Asymmetric Flex construction Optional TPS shield Section control lacing Power straps Vibram Outsoles Flex: 7 (8 with medium TPS shield, 9 with hard TPS shield)   Features Dupont Surlyn Highbacks form the core material when constructing the boot. Adding this flexible, yet durable plastic to the back of the boot drastically improves responsiveness & durability of the boot. Combine the Surlyn highbacks with optional ‘TPS Shield’ for the ultimate performance stiff snowboard boot. D-Tex Membrane is Deeluxe’s own proprietary material which is highly waterproof & thermally efficient, leaving your feet warm & dry. Waterproof Construction by means of clever stitching & sandwich construction, water hasn’t got a chance. Thermo Flex Liners are heat moulded to your feet. Unlike many other ‘fully mouldable’ boot liners that claim to mould using the heat of your feet alone, the Deeluxe thermo liners are heated using a specialist boot fitter’s oven, & achieve a genuinely custom fit. We recommend that all thermo liners are fitted either in store as part of our free boot fitting service, or at the very least heat moulded by a professional boot fitter for the optimum fit. Thermoflex Liners feature a Velcro shell fixation, which prevents the liner from moving within the shell, allowing for a consistent & strong fit every time you put your boots on. A Heel Harness wraps around your ankle, much like an ankle brace to provide firm, yet comfortable support within your liner Thermo Flex liners feature ‘E-lacing’, which is a super strong, low friction lacing system designed to be comfortable & secure. Thermo flex liners are treated with Peppermint Extracts to reduce unpleasant foot odour. Asymmetric Flex is an obvious, yet often overlooked design feature of a snowboard boot. As snowboarders, we require added stiffness & support when applying pressure to the outer sides of our boots, with more compliance required on the inner side. TPS Shields are optional accessories. They are effectively a secondary boot tongue, available in medium or stiff flex options, they stiffen the boot, improving support & performance. Section Control Lacing means that you can quickly adjust the tightness of the boot in three distinct zones (Forefoot, heel, calf).  Toggle operated with a locking catch, they are super easy & fast to get dialled in for the perfect fit. Power Straps add a little extra support by binding around your ...
