At Dalbello ski boots are their focus & passion. Their relentless commitment to research & development continues to push the boundaries of ski boot technology & innovation. The 2014/15  range provides skiers of all disciplines & performance levels the absolute state-of-the-art in technology, design & quality. The  Panterra 90 has been developed for skiers seeking the absolute best blend of performance & fit.  Designed to excel on any terrain with its versatile hike/ski functionality, this boot excels at getting you to the top of the mountain without sacrificing the downhill performance. Features & Benefits Cabrio Construction This boot is built using cabrio construction which incorporates three key components, clog, upper cuff & shell tongue in its structure. What this means is the use of stiffer plastics in the clog can be used giving smoother power transmission & dynamic rebound. Also the flex of the boot can be controlled by the tongue giving a more progressive feel to the flex, at the same time dampening shock & absorbing vibrations. This shell design also makes the boot super easy to get on & off! Contour 4 Shell-Fit Dalbello also focus allot on their Contour 4 Shell-Fit which provides the perfect blend of precise anatomic fit & comfort. During the shell construction what they do is create four subtle zones at critical foot points: ankle, heel, 5th met & the Navicular. These points aid immediate comfort & reduce the need for shell modifications. Rocker Balanced Stance All of the Panterra range feature the ‘ Rocker Balanced Stance’ which gives a more upright  geometry engineered to improve edge to edge movement on new ski shapes featuring rocker.. Dynalink Rearfoot retention Another exclusive technology is Dalbello’s Dynalink Rearfoot Retention, which is a heel/instep closure that minimizes foot sliding, heel lift & shell distortion when flexing. Hike / Ski Function Two Key features on this boot are the Hike/ski Function which gives an extended walking range for hiking up the mountain but still retains a solid powerful ski control for the descents. To aid width hiking this boot has rubber soles & rubber arch clad to give better traction underfoot. There is also a two position flex control to fine tune the stiffness of the boot. Variable Volume Fit System Another notable feature is the new VVF system (Variable Volume Fit) which is exclusive Dalbello technology that has been developed so that the skier can change the overall boot width form 102mm to 100mm. This is done by a buckle at the toe of the boot which is designed so you can set it & forget it, once this has be set you can get the boot on & off without the need to undo it. Trufit Sport Liner This boot uses Dalbello’s Trufit Sport liner which has a precise & comfy fit right out of the box but they can also be heat formed to get a more custom feel. This liner also features an asymmetric adaptive toe box & Microcell insulated forefoot zone to keep you warm comfy when hiking.

Colour:
Blue Weight: 110g Block Iron on Wax Instructions 1) Set the iron to the correct temperature for the wax you have chosen. 2) Gently press your chosen wax against the hot waxing iron. 3) Keep the iron 4 inches above the base then move the iron with the wax dripping from it the full length from tip to tail. 4) Ensure the iron doesn’t smoke as this means it is too hot & you are burning the wax. 5) Gently place the iron onto the tip & using long smooth strokes from tip to tail iron the wax into the base. 6) IMPORTANT! Make sure that you always keep the iron moving (this prevents the base from melting & the ski/board being unusable). 7) Use long, smooth & slow passes along the base without any downward pressure until  you have a smooth, thin layer of wax across the whole surface of the base. 8) Finish with one long pass along the full length of the base with the iron (to make scraping easier) 9) Leave the base to cool for 15 minutes minimum, 45 minutes if possible.
