As a softer wax,   Holmenkol Alpha Mix Yellow wax is also a good choice for leaving a coating of summer storage wax, or even to use as a hot scrape, base cleaning wax. Comes in handy storage box, 2 travel blocks of 35 grams each.

Holmenkol Alpha Mix Yellow Wax is an easy to apply premium universal hydrocarbon wax. It has a suggested operating temperature of +4°C to 0°C (Broadly European conditions). is optimised for softer snow, but works beyond these very well, & an iron setting of 115°C
- 125°C.

Selecting the right wax for the conditions can make a huge difference, & also lasts longer between waxes. Is This For Me? For those skiing in typical European conditions this is a great wax, & for the budding ski tech its easy to apply. Ideal when the snow is a little soft or wet, such as in the spring.
