Having hosted the first modern day Grand Prix two years later, Silverstone has welcomed all the sports great names & continues to enjoy a prominent position in the history of motorsport. - The Single Seater thrill: Do you have what it takes to become the next Lewis Hamilton? Test your nerve around the twisty Stowe circuit & put pedal to the metal.
- The Rally thrill: The amazing sound, the kick-back acceleration & the crazy handbrake turns are all part of what makes this one of the most thrilling activities that Silverstone has to offer.
- The Ferrari Thrill: A taster of one of the worlds greatest super cars, the excitement of high speed circuit driving in a Ferrari 360!
- The Aston Martin Thrill: A the UKs most famous brand of supercar, its your turn to drive the V8 Vantage, perhaps the best yet with a stylish interior & one of the best engine sounds you will hear.
- The Nissan GT-R Thrill: Vicious power with unparalleled electronics, the GT-Rs superfast seamless 6-speed paddle-shift gearbox will push your head back against the seat as you power hard out of the corners.
- The Nissan 370Z Thrill: The 370Z continues Nissans long history of sleek, smooth & powerful sports coupes, & with more punch than ever before. Programme The programme of events will vary slightly for each experience but you will generally begin by registering at the venue. This is followed by a short safety briefing where you will be taught the racing lines & how to get as much out of the car during your time. Then it will be on to the main event, getting behind the wheel of your chosen vehicle for 10 to 20 minutes of maximum enjoyment. Please note, there is an option to purchase damage waiver insurance on the day of your experience. In the event of an accident the damage waiver will cover all or part of the damage caused to the vehicle (s) however this will not cover damage caused by reckless or negligent driving. Further details are available on booking. Duration Your experience will last Approx. 1 hour, depending on the experience chosen. Group There will be other people there on the day. Spectators Youre welcome to bring spectators to watch. Fitness The maximum weight is 16 stone. The minimum height is 5ft 2ins & the maximum height is 6ft 4ins. Experience You must have held a full, valid, UK licence for a minimum of 3 years for the Ferrari or Aston Martin thrill, & 1 year for the rally, single seater & Nissan thrills. Your licence must be presented on the day, no photocopies will be accepted. Minimum Age The minimum age is 21 for the Ferrari & the V8 & 18 for the rallying, single seater & Nissan. Availability These experiences are available on selected weekday & weekend dates, throughout the year. You must take your experience before the voucher expiry date.
