This is a great opportunity for you to learn new cookery skills from an expert. You could be taught by Valentina Harris who is a bright & passionate authority on Italian food & has written many books on the subject. The other chefs include Franck Pontais who has appeared on Ready Steady Cook & in regular broadcasts on BBC Radio; Tiffany Goodall who demonstrates at regional & national events & Martin Blunos who has held two Michelin stars for more than fifteen years. Martins cooking attracts journalists of leading food publications from all around the globe & he appears frequently on television & radio including Saturday Kitchen. Programme Your half day will consist of:
- * Health & safety briefing * Hygiene brief * Wash hands, put on aprons & hats * Chef will introduce themselves & explain what they are cooking * Cooking starts, everyone will prepare their food & discuss the flavours of the dishes. Themes vary but could include BBQ; Easy Entertaining; Cooking for Two; Italian; Chocolate; Desserts. * Start eating the courses of the day * Wind down & clean up * General discussion of the day, questions answered If you would like to know which chef will be teaching you, we recommend you enquire at the time of booking, as the chefs may vary occasionally from those mentioned above. Duration This experience lasts for Approx. 3 hours. Group The maximum group size is 20 people. Spectators Unfortunately, spectators are not allowed.
