During the flight youll have the chance to take the controls; cruising at a speed of around 80 knots (just over 80 miles per hour) youll have a fantastic view of the hedgerows, trees, people, their houses and cars.DurationYour flight will last around 40 minutes but youll be at the activity centre for around 1 hour.GroupIts just you and the instructor.SpectatorsYoure welcome to bring family and friends along to watch you take to the sky.FitnessThe maximum weight is 114kg (18 stone), the maximum height is 1.93m (6ft 4). You must be fit without no heart problems, agile as embarking and disembarking is difficult and requires flexibility. This may not be suitable for pregnant women.ExperienceNo previous experience or qualifications are required to take part in this
