AMD A10-7890K 4.3 GHz Socket FM2+ 4MB Cache Retail Boxed Processor AMD A10-7890K is an upcoming AMD Accelerated Processing Unit for socket FM2+ platform. It is rumored to replace the A10-7870K, which is a current AMD flagship APU. Partial specifications of the A10-7890K surfaced in August 2015, & later they were confirmed by CPU support listings, published by Biostar. According to those, the processor will utilize AMD Godavari design, & will have the same core stepping as the A10-7870K. The processor will be clocked at 4.1 GHz, which gives it a 200 MHz or up to 5% frequency advantage over its predecessor. The maximum Turbo Core & GPU frequencies are not known at this time. Similar to older A10-Series models, the A10-7890K will have 4 CPU cores, 4 MB of level 2 cache & it will lack L3 cache. The processor will fit into 95 Watt TDP.
