During the first half of this two-day course, you begin spreadsheet risk analysis using Crystal Ball Fusion Edition. You will be taught the basics of Monte Carlo simulation, tornado analysis, & steps to develop Crystal Ball models. A strong emphasis is placed on gaining insight from simulation results, & the best ways to present your findings to peers, management, or clients.

On day two, you develop advanced Crystal Ball models, expedite the model building process & apply the analytical tools of Crystal Ball Fusion Edition. Advanced topics such as optimization & time-series forecasting, advanced assumptions, forecast options & precision controls are also covered. The emphasis in the second half of this course is on learning to make optimal decisions using the combined power of Crystal Ball & Opt Quest.

Design discussions & real-world exercises are provided throughout the course to reinforce your understanding of the concepts presented.
