Participants familiarize themselves with the application, & learn how to perform talent management tasks using the HRMS Talent Management functions. Participants learn to create competencies & worker competency profiles, & define competency requirements for the enterprise.
Participants learn how to configure & conduct appraisals & assess competencies & objectives during an appraisal. They also learn how to establish a workforce performance management (WPM) system with the incorporation of the objectives library & performance management plans (PMP). Participants familiarize themselves with the PMP tasks that the application generates, to guide managers & workers through the performance-management process.
This course is also available as a LIVE Virtual Class. A Live Virtual Class (LVC) is exclusively for registered students; unregistered individuals may not view an LVC at any time.
