This course offers an introduction to the functionality & use of HRMS Talent Management. Participants familiarize themselves with the application, & learn how to perform talent management tasks using the HRMS Talent Management functions. Participants learn to create competencies & worker competency profiles, & define competency requirements for the enterprise.
Participants learn how to configure & conduct appraisals & assess competencies & objectives during an appraisal. They also learn how to establish a workforce performance management (WPM) system with the incorporation of the objectives library & performance management plans (PMP). Participants familiarize themselves with the PMP tasks that the application generates, to guide managers & workers through the performance-management process.
This course is also available as a LIVE Virtual Class. A Live Virtual Class (LVC) is exclusively for registered students; unregistered individuals may not view an LVC at any time. Registered students must view the class from the country listed in the registration form. Unauthorized recording, copying, or transmission of LVC content may not be made.
