Accentuate the positive, eliminate the negative
Lean is an innovative & powerful improvement approach that provides the practitioner with the ability to maximise business efficiencies by simultaneously reducing product or service lead times & costs.
This approach to business improvement has become increasingly popular over the last 15 years with many manufacturing & service businesses realising sustained performance improvements as they adopt Lean principles. With many organisations finding that over 60% of activities add no value to the customer nor the business, Lean tools can be utilised to identify, target & eliminate these non-value adding activities & their associated costs
- the benefits are considerable.
This 3 Day practitioner course provides participants with an excellent grounding in all the applicable service-oriented Lean tools & techniques. The course uses a blend of theory & practical exercises to develop the confidence of participants to actively engage in improvement projects & facilitates the real opportunity to deliver realisable quick wins. The final day of this course provides a simple but practical Kaizen event simulation that enables the participants to understand the Kaizen process & what is necessary to run a kaizen event.
