This series of courses concentrates on the most common non-functional testing areas. In traditional testing these areas are often ignored, yet the non-functional attributes of a product are often those that critically affect its success. We will provide an understanding of the breadth of non-functional attributes that should be considered, & an outline of the risks for different stakeholders.
This tutor-led training provides a two-day follow up to the web-based Introduction to Non-functional Testing (NFTW). The web-based training is recommended as a prerequisite to this course for those delegates who have no experience in non-functional testing. This course provides a greater depth of coverage of the five main non-functional attributes of software, & by the use of discussion & exercises begins to introduce some typical techniques used in these areas for understanding & setting acceptance criteria & designing tests.
