As Service Providers & other players in the telecoms industry value chain deploy or provide support for Next Generation Networks (NGNs) & seek to leverage these to deliver more sophisticated services & more effective implementation, there is a need to radically change the processes, systems & information models used to in the OSS & BSS spaces. The dominant architectures are defined by the TM Forum, & this course introduces the main concepts & methods based on best practices to adopt & understand the various NGOSS frameworks i.e. e TOM, SID, TAM & TNA.
