ISEB Software Testing: Combined Foundation & Intermediate Certificate

Overview

This course provides comprehensive training for anyone involved in software testing, including test analysts & test managers looking for highly practical knowledge & techniques. It is a combination of lectures, workshops, exercises & sample exam questions. Delegates will leave with testing knowledge, skills & techniques which can be applied in the workplace.

The Foundation is accredited by the Information Systems Examination Board (ISEB) of the British Computer Society (BCS), & follows the syllabus specified by the International Software Testing Qualification Board (ISTQB). It culminates in an optional one-hour multiple choice examination for the ISEB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing. Successful candidates will also gain the ISTQB Certified Tester
- Foundation Level, a globally recognised qualification.

Delegates also have the option of taking ISEB Intermediate Certificate examination as well as the Foundation (both exams are taken on the last day of the course).

Those delegates taking the ISEB Examination (s) will need to spend some time each evening on revision & example examination questions. The amount of time required will depend on experience, but delegates should be prepared to spend a minimum of 1 hour each evening.
