The qualification also considers the interdependencies between ITIL Service Management principles in general & SAM.

The course will provide delegates with a detailed understanding of all the key components of software asset management & be able to return to their organisation & make a significant contribution to the software asset management process.

This course will enable delegates to confidently sit the BCS/ISEB Practitioner Certificate in Software Asset Management exam.
