LOCATION The house is in Above Town, a narrow lane (6' width restriction and steep access road) that runs above and parallel to the River Dart. Dartmouth's boutiques, restaurants and tea rooms, as well as the river itself are just 5-10 minutes walk away. Blackpool Sands beach is a 5-10 minute drive whilst Woodlands Theme Park is just 3 miles outside of Dartmouth.

OUTSIDE Good sized terrace to the front of the house with table and chairs. In addition a decking area to the rear - reached via step - offers outside seating space with good river views and also views of the Britannia Royal Naval College.
