LOCATION The house is in Above Town, a narrow lane (6' width restriction and steep access road) that runs above and parallel to the River Dart. Dartmouth's boutiques, restaurants and tea rooms, as well as the river itself are just 5-10 minutes walk away. Blackpool Sands beach is a 5-10 minute drive whilst Woodlands Theme Park is just 3 miles outside of Dartmouth.VIEWS Stunning views across the River Dart to Kingswear and beyond from most of the rooms and the front terrace. In addition a decking area to the rear - reached via steps - offers outside seating space with good river views and also views of the Britannia Royal Naval College.
