Machete, cutting out
stress has never been so
easy! The Ride Machete is
one of those snowboards
that you strap yourself
into and the mountain
becomes your own personal
park, what look like
piste bashers derelict
mounds of snow and fallen
trees to most become
kickers and rails while
gentle undulations on
piste become mighty
rollers to get loose
with. The Machete is a
mid flex, twin tipped
snowboard which is built
around Ride’s Lowrize
rocker profile that is
flat though the middle
section of the board with
rocker sections just
outside the binding
inserts. This combination
gives the rider a solid
platform for landing
tricks and carving as
well as making buttering
easier and floating in
the deeps less of a back
leg ache. The Machete
also comes equipped with
