Under the guidance of the head brewer, you will spend the day not only learning about the art of brewing but you will also get involved in the actual brewing process & create some beer. The day begins with a bacon butty, accompanied by a choice of tea or coffee. You will then be introduced to the brewery followed by a talk on all the technical aspects of the brewing process, then it’s time to get stuck in yourself! The iconic Transporter Bridge in Middlesborough is the setting, built in 1911 the bridge is one of three operating in the world & is the perfect setting for the first bridge bungee jump in the UK.
