During your breakfast one of the big cat team will give a short presentation about the conservation work overseas with tigers & other big cats. You are then free to enjoy the rest of your day in Paradise Wildlife Park.

This hands-on experience is ideal for any real ale fan & provides a great introduction to the subtle art of brewing beer. The basic principles of brewing beer have remained unchanged for centuries & during this tour you will see all parts of the process including: fermenting, where the sugar is broken down into alcohol; conditioning, which gives beer a smoother taste; & filtering which stabilises the flavour & gives beer its polished shine & brilliance.N.B. Conwy Brewery, Wild Card Brewery & Elmtree Beers is only valid for one person. You will begin the day with a tour of the brewery where you will learn about the equipment used to make the beer. The Brewery Experience Day at Brewhouse & Kitchen is a fun & interesting way to spend your day, with plenty of occasions to indulge in your favourite tipple, beer! Under the guidance of the head brewer, you will spend the day not only learning about the art of brewing but you will also get involved in the actual brewing process & create some beer. The day begins with a bacon butty, accompanied by a choice of tea or coffee. You will then be introduced to the brewery followed by a talk on all the technical aspects of the brewing process, then it’s time to get stuck in yourself! After all this hard work you will take a break for lunch, accompanied by a beer or two of course, after which you will return to the brewing process. Once finished, you will be able to take your 5 litre mini-keg home to enjoy! For the first time ever we bring you the only bridge jump available in the UK. The iconic Transporter Bridge in Middlesborough is the setting, built in 1911 the bridge is one of three operating in the world & is the perfect setting for the first bridge bungee jump in the UK. On arrival you will be weighed & kitted out with your back up harness. Then the biggest climb of your life, 210 steps to the top of the bridge. Once at the top walk a further 150ft to the jump zone & take in the fabulous view from 160ft as you wait to be kitted out & final checks made before you jump. Then it's your turn as you stand on the edge, & your jumpmaster shouts "3, 2, 1, Bungee!" & with that you are away, 160ft above the River Tees. Filled with adrenaline, a waiting speed boat plucks you from the air. Finally it's back to shore, as you wave to your family & friends who are waiting for you in the viewing area.
