Prosecco Spumante is the base wine for the classic Venetian cocktails including the Belini.
Made from Brunello grapes from the Colombini estate vineyards, selected to emphasise the alluring softness and rich, flattering fruit flavours that resonate without the dominance of oak and tannin. The nose is wonderfully fragrant with red berries, spice and herbs whilst the rich and vibrant palate offers hints of black cherry and mineral with a warm, opulant and very long finish.
This bone-dry Chenin Blanc from the Cape has an attractive aromatic bouquet of apples and pears. Bright lemon in colour with green hints, this wine displays ripe tropical fruit flavours in the mouth, finely balanced with lingering pineapple and a fresh acidity.
